The time on the mat is only one part — but it’s a powerful part: a body practice that helps bring body, mind, and inner world back into balance.

I found yoga when I had lost the connection to my body — and my body was suffering. I knew I had to change something. I stumbled into a class and yoga became a steady companion.
I’ve been on this path for 10 years, completed different teacher trainings, and kept learning the philosophy and way of life behind the practice. I’m not a master — just someone walking the path. Yoga keeps teaching me patience, humility, and trust.
In my sessions we focus mainly on asana practice — movement as a doorway into breath, presence, and stillness.

Lanyu teaches us to notice nature again — and ourselves.
Sometimes we come here searching for something, but we don’t even know what it is yet. Yoga can help you slow down enough to feel it.
Yoga on Lanyu can support you to:
• feel more present (instead of rushing)
• find energy when you need power
• find calm when your mind feels full
• connect deeper to the rhythm of the island
